We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve Vigly. This includes: **a. Information collected automatically** - Device information such as OS, browser type, and app version. - IP address and general location (region-level only). - Diagnostic data such as crash logs, performance metrics, and event logs. - Timestamped session activity metadata for security and reliability. **c. AI processing data** - Inputs you provide (prompts, text, interview questions). - Outputs generated by the AI models. These may be temporarily processed on secure servers to generate responses. **d. Audio data** Vigly does **not** store audio recordings. Audio is processed in real time solely to provide interview assistance features. If you enable "Save Transcript", we store **only the transcript text**, not the audio itself.

We use your information to: - Operate and provide the Vigly interview assistant Services. - Generate AI-based interview guidance and coding assistance. - Improve model accuracy, performance, and reliability. - Personalize your interview experience. - Detect, prevent, and respond to security issues. - Communicate important updates or service notifications. - Conduct analytics to understand usage patterns. - Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
